On the 14th, JYP Entertainment said, “2PM is keeping busy in Japan. Nickhun played a minor part in the Japanese movie Ouran High School Host Club.”
The movie was aired as an animation in 2006 and was aired as a TV series in 2011. The movie will be released in 2012 and many people are eagerly anticipating the movie.
Nickhun plays the role of the president of a big company in Singapore. Shinoda Mariko, a member of AKB48, plays the role of Nickhun’s sister.
An official for the movie said, “Nickhun has a great potential to become a great actor. We cast him in our movie because he speaks English very well and is very professional. He is also very gentle just like the character he plays.”
2PM is currently touring Asia and they will go to Singapore on the 17th for their next concert.
