A Japanese website on Korean entertainment (http://kandera.jp) held a poll for a month to select the prettiest Korean actor, in which Park Si Hoo ranked top, right followed by B2ST’s Gi Kwang, Song Joong Ki, Kim Bum and Super Junior’s Siwon.
Goodbye My Princess and Queen of Reversal, which aired on Japan’s Fuji TV in June, have contributed to his current high popularity in Japan. Around 6,000 fans are swarming over to his Japanese official website (http://www.park-sihoo.com) and his mobile site every day. He has become one of the most popular Korean actors among Japanese media channels which are desperate to invite him for interviews and their TV programs.
Park’s agency says, “We’re very thankful to receive such a constant interest and support from Japan, even though he hadn’t had a chance to visit Japan more than a year. Right after completing the film shooting, we’ll hold events in Japan to reciprocate Japanese fans’ continued support.”
Park is currently shooting his first film called I Am a Murder, scheduled to be released next year.
